Nathaniel Hawthorne's brief story " Young Goodman Brown" is a great example of a great allegory. Allegories use situations, characters or perhaps symbolism as being a bizarre or perhaps abstract representation of tips in the tale, and throughout " Fresh Goodman Brown", Hawthorne uses a heavy quantity of significance, as well as his characters as well as the events with the story line to build up a religious type.
